Terms Of Service

General

  • By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms. Terms are subject to change.

  • All payments are done in USD through Paypal. I will send an invoice.

  • You can contact me through Twitter, Deviantart, Furaffinity, Discord and email for anything concerning a commission.

  • I have a Trello, so you are free to look there for any progress regarding your commission. I work on commissions in my free time, these could take up to a week or a month normally depending. I do not work in order by date.

  • If your commission has a deadline please feel free to contact me about it upon buying or anytime afterwards.

 

Payments & Refund

  • USD and Paypal only.

  • You will receive an invoice after working out commission details. Payment is expected within 24 hours or else I will move on to someone else if it is slot commissions.

  • Once payment is received you will be added on to the queue. When it is your turn I will get started.

  • I accept refunds if I haven't sent any progress after sketch to you or my Trello. Please take a look at my Trello before asking.

  • Design commission refunds are accepted at anytime through progress, though I gain full rights to the design. I have the right to sell or auction off the design.

  • I may refund you if I don't feel comfortable doing your commission, though this shouldn't happen often if not at all.

  • I do not do payment plans, sorry.

 

Permissions & Uses

  • I retain all rights to the artwork as the artist but not the character. I will not be using any commissioned artwork for commercial use such as shirts, prints, stickers, etc

  • Commissions are to be used only for personal things and not for profit. Do not sell my art.

  • You may repost the artwork to your Furaffinity or Toyhouse, as long as you credit me. Please use the watermarked piece I provide you.

  • You cannot claim the design or artwork as your own. All artwork and designs MUST be credited wherever you post the original. All work must be credited on Toyhouse. My username is Buffbears.

  • Please let me know if you don't want your commission posted to the public.

  • I have the right to post any commissions (if given permission ^^^) wherever I please and as commission examples.

 

Changes

  • You may ask me to make changes to the sketch, though after we've agreed on those changes and I begin further I will not be accepting anymore major changes. Major changes include the pose and expression.

  • After the colouring stage or I've finished your piece, you may ask for minor changes only. Minor changes include details I might've missed in your characters design, or simple add-ons like small clothing pieces. 

  • I will send any changes or fixes as soon as possible.

 

Drawing

I will NOT DRAW

  • NSFW / Kink art. I do not feel comfortable drawing this for commissions.

  • Underage / Cub characters.

  • Characters classified with offensive terms/slurs.

  • Offensive, illegal, hateful terms or anything suggesting it.

I CAN draw

  • All animal. Even if it is an animal you haven't seen me do before, I love a challenge!

  • All colours of any kind. (I especially love getting really colourful!)

  • All genders, body types, styles, clothes, etc.

  • Mild gore, body horror.

 

I probably can draw

  • Mech. I don't have a lot of experience in this, but I love a challenge.

  • Drug use (Marijuana, tobacco, alcohol, hallucinogens. Depends on what you are asking.)

  • Nudity, as long as its tasteful or for artistic reasons and references.
